Viper Wire Rope Lubrication
Each Viper MKII kit will be delivered complete in an aluminum storage box. The only thing that needs to be ordered are the Seals, Scraper Plates (except Mini) and optional Viper Rope Cleaners depending on the wire rope construction.

- Viper Mini MKII lubricator collar, cast aluminium, includes lubricant delivery line quick connect coupling
- Viper MKII high pressure high flow 50:1 2.5kg/min grease pump to suits 20kg drum
- Air control valve, Air regulator with gauge, Male quick connect fitting
- Four (4) metre, high pressure, 3/8” hydraulic hose complete with female quick connect couplings on each end
- Two (2) x 2 metre ratchet straps rated to 500kg
- Four (4) x “Bow” shackles
- Heavy duty aluminium storage case with stainless steel fixtures
This kit will be delivered including:
- Viper Mid MKII lubricator collar, cast aluminium with inbuilt handles, includes lubricant delivery line quick connect coupling and excess lubricant fitting
- High pressure high flow customized Viper 45:1 4.5kg/m grease pump to suit 20kg
50kg/180kg drum sizes - Air control valve, Air regulator with gauge, High pressure grease flow control valve, Male quick connect fitting
- Four (4) metre, high pressure, ½” hydraulic hose complete with female quick connect couplings on each end
- One (1) metre clear hose for excess lubricant discharge
- Two (2) x 2 metre ratchet straps rated to 500kg

VIPER MKII MAXI
- For wire ropes from 50mm - 165mm
- Including 4.5kg/min grease pump for 190kg drums
- Optional 13 kg/min grease pump for a faster wire rope lubrication for larger diameters (>85mm)
- The Maxi Viper collar comes complete with twin lubricant inlets that provide maximum lubricant coverage for large wire ropes
- The viper wire rope lubricator is supplied as a complete package (optional Seals, Scraper Plate and Viper Rope Cleaner)
