The VIPER Wire Rope Lubricator is an Australian designed and built lubricator for wire rope sizes from 6mm (1/4”) to 165mm (6-1/2”). It provides fast and effective single pass lubrication of wire ropes, eliminating the slow and arduous task of manual lubrication. Lubrication of wire ropes with the Viper system provides superior protection against corrosion and fretting wear by forcing lubricant into the core of the wire rope while also coating the outer strands. The use of the Viper WRL improves operator safety and reduces the environmental impact of wire rope lubrication for any size operation.

The unique design of the Viper Seals increases the contact surface in the pressure chamber by as much as 80% while other lubrication systems only coat the surface of rope.
